Ask any Scout of any age of their fondest memories in Scouting and invariably the first thing mentioned will be Summer Camp.
Summer camp at Camp Kingsley is where boys and girls learn self-reliance, build character, and create friendships that last a lifetime. Signing up your child or unit for summer resident camp means that your Scout(s) will not miss out on an amazing experience where they learn crucial skills for a successful life.
Camp Kingsley, a residential summer camp for Scouts, located in Mohawk Valley of New York, it is home to over 150 sleep away campers and more than 25 staff members who come from across the Leatherstocking Council and New York State. Our Camp was founded in 1921 as a Boy Scout camp and continues to provide an exciting and enriching summer camp experience for Cub Scouts, ages 7-10.
Campers and leaders can enjoy a variety of over activities such as swimming, climbing, hiking, boating, canoeing, mountain biking, shooting Sports, and crafts to name a few. At Camp Kingsley, Scouts can expect to share new experiences, learn about themselves and mold friendships that will last them a lifetime. Parents and Leader Can wake up and get a cup of coffee at our central located dinning hall, before have fun along side their Scouts.
